In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of setting up your account, connecting your Google Analytics and Google Search Console, applying URL filters to focus on the pages you care about, and syncing your data. Let's dive in!

Sign in with Google

To begin, head over to app.ercule.co. You'll be prompted to log in using your Google account. This allows Ottimo to seamlessly integrate with your Google Analytics and Google Search Console data.

Connect Your Google Analytics Account

Once you've signed in, you'll see the account setup page. First, connect your Google Analytics account by selecting the property you want to sync with Ottimo. Ottimo is compatible with both Universal Analytics (GA3) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties.

Apply URL Filters

Now, apply a URL filter to focus on the pages that matter most to you. Enter the filters you want to apply to your pages, such as specific directories or keywords.

Connect a Search Console Account

Attaching a Search Console account to a library is optional, but will provide rich ranking info to individual page views. Make sure you pick the domain for the Search Console account that matches your Google Analytics property.

Sync Your Data

After you've configured Google Analytics and applied URL filters, Ottimo will begin syncing your data. This process may take a few minutes.

With your account set up and your data synced, you're ready to start leveraging Ottimo to optimize your content.
